3 DAYS – ARUSHA, TARANGIRE AND NGORONGORO NATIONAL PARKS
This three-day safari takes in three of Northern Tanzania's most popular attractions. Despite their proximity, each national park has its own distinct features, such as incredible bird sightings in Lake Manyara, including clouds of pink flamingos; mighty elephants in Tarangire National Park; and the endangered rhino in Ngorongoro. You will undoubtedly capture photographs of the Big Five of Africa: elephant, buffalo, leopard, rhino, and lion at each of these three locations.
This safari itinerary is designed for budget-conscious travellers who want to spend two nights in comfortable lodges near the National Parks and two nights in a top-rated hotel in Arusha. Guests will feel at ease with free Wi-Fi, delicious meals, and access to a swimming pool. Your trip will be led by a professional driver-guide with extensive experience in the African bush, who will provide additional information about the animals and scenery around you.

Package Itinerary - 3 days, 4 nights!

You will be greeted by a Hartlaub’s Travel representative on your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and transferred to a hotel in Arusha.
Please keep in mind that the hotel fee only includes breakfast. Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m.

After breakfast (around 7:30 a.m.), your safari guide will arrive at the hotel and notify the receptionist that they are expecting you. After meeting your driver, you will travel to Arusha National Park and be on your first safari by 10:00 a.m.
After completing the registration process at the gate, you will begin your 1.5-hour walk to Tululusia waterfall, passing through the habitat of wild animals such as buffalos, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and monkeys. After resting near the waterfall, you will return to your car and continue your game-drive around the national park's territory.
After lunch in a designated area, you will continue game-drive and later on be accommodated at a lodge near Tarangire National Park later in the evening.

After breakfast (around 7:30 a.m.), your safari guide will meet you at the lodge, ready to start your safari in the Tarangire National Park. You will break for lunch and be treated to a served meal. The safari will resume after lunch and in the evening you will be transferred to a hotel on the rim of the Ngorongoro volcanic crater in the evening.
This Park offers the opportunity to see a variety of wild Tanzanian animals (lions, buffalos, giraffes, zebras, and so on), but it is best known for its incredible number of elephants, which typically congregate near their drinking source, the Tarangire River.
Because this is wild nature, the guide cannot guarantee the presence of specific wild animals, but you can be assured that he will do his best to find everything you are looking for. The Hartlaub’s team has its own radio channel, which the drivers use to communicate with other guides and collaborate on rare species searches.

It is best to leave the hotel as early as possible on this day to see the variety of animals that are only active in the morning hours; breakfast will be packed in lunchboxes specifically for this purpose. You will leave at 6:30 a.m. for Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and you will be inside the crater in about an hour.
By lunchtime, you will arrive at the lake's edge, where you will be given lunchboxes before continuing your safari. You will be transferred back to your hotel in Arusha in the evening.
Ngorongoro is one of Tanzania's most famous and interesting national parks, with the greatest number of different animal species per square kilometre. There will be buffalo, elephants, lions, wildebeests, zebras, hippopotamuses, and feline species such as caracals and servals to see. The most fortunate visitors may even come across a rhinoceros, an endangered species whose numbers are rapidly dwindling.

Rest at the hotel before transferring to the airport.
Please keep in mind that the hotel's check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If you need to check out late due to an evening flight, you can extend your hotel stay until 6:00 PM for an additional fee.
