2 DAYS – ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK AND NGORONGORO CRATER
Unlike other Tanzania safaris, this itinerary includes a walking safari in Arusha National Park. Guests can design their own walk-in terms of difficulty or duration, and they can choose to walk through a rainforest, to the base of Mount Meru, to pass through wild animals grazing on the open plains, or to end at the Tululusia waterfall. The safari continues the next day in Ngorongoro Crater, a famous UNESCO World Heritage Site with the greatest diversity of wild animals per square kilometre on the planet. This short trip gives visitors a taste of Tanzania in just two days. You stay in a five-star hotel in Arusha and a stunning lodge near Ngorongoro. The safari is led by an expert driver-guide who is eager to share more in-depth knowledge about the African wildlife that you will undoubtedly see on this safari.

Package Itinerary - 2 days, 3 nights!

The group arrives at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). Participants are greeted by a Hartlaub’s Travel representative and transferred to a hotel in Arusha.
Please keep in mind that the hotel fee only includes breakfast. Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m.

After breakfast (around 7:30 a.m.), your safari guide will arrive at the hotel and notify the receptionist that they are expecting you. After meeting your driver, you will travel to Arusha National Park and be on your first safari by 10:00 a.m.
After completing the registration process at the gate, you will begin your 1.5-hour walk to Tululusia waterfall, passing through the habitat of wild animals such as buffalos, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and monkeys. After resting near the waterfall, you will return to your car and continue your game-drive around the national park's territory.
After lunch in a designated area, you will continue your game drive before being transferred to a hotel on the rim of the Ngorongoro volcanic crater later in the evening.

It is best to leave the hotel as early as possible on this day to see the variety of animals that are only active in the morning hours; breakfast will be packed in lunchboxes specifically for this purpose. You will leave at 6:30 a.m. for Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and you will be inside the crater in about an hour.
By lunchtime, you will arrive at the lake's edge, where you will be given lunchboxes before continuing your safari
Ngorongoro Crater is one of Tanzania's most famous and interesting national parks, with the greatest number of different animal species per square kilometre. There will be buffalo, elephants, lions, wildebeests, zebras, hippopotamuses, and feline species such as caracals and servals to see. The most fortunate visitors may even come across a rhinoceros, an endangered species whose numbers are rapidly dwindling.
You will be transferred back to your hotel in Arusha in the evening.

Rest at the hotel before transferring to the airport.
Please keep in mind that the hotel's check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If you need to check out late due to an evening flight, you can extend your hotel stay until 6:00 PM for an additional fee.
